Through leadership coaching services focused on your personal goals and strengths, I help women like you find a way to balance your life’s work with your life. I firmly believe that there’s room to advocate for others and yourself, and I want to show you how.

Using humor, mindfulness, positive psychology, and a strengths-based attitude, I work with my clients to define, outline and pursue their biggest goals. As a coach, I do not offer advice or tell you what to do. The work we do together is led by you and where you most crave support.

Keep in mind that coaching is a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time, but it usually takes 6 months to 1 year to refine and sustain the changes. If you're ready for change and are committed to taking next steps immediately, each session can be a catalyst for ongoing change.

This 1.5 hour session is for you if you want to go beyond coaching and add strategic advice or free-form mentoring with someone who’s been in your shoes. We’ll tackle an issue that you need help with now. You’ll walk away with whatever you need to make things happen: an action plan, a nudge (or push if you prefer), and/or connections.

A note on pricing:

I firmly believe that access to coaching needs to be democratized, so that women from all backgrounds and income levels have access to these empowering services. And because I try to walk the walk, I offer reduced pricing for nonprofit employers sponsoring women clients. Additionally, at least once a year I offer pro-bono sessions.
